The rules and guidelines governing your use of ReachUp Solutions platform and services.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReachUp Solutions platform, APIs, and related services provided by ReachUp Solutions Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account, accessing our platform, or using any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organization, and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Violation of these policies may result in immediate account suspension without refund and reporting to appropriate authorities.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable GST (18%). We use Razorpay for secure payment processing. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy below. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
API access is subject to rate limits specified in your plan. Excessive API usage that impacts platform performance for other users may result in temporary throttling. API keys are confidential and must not be shared publicly. We provide API documentation and SDKs to assist with integration.
To request a refund, email reachup.solutions1@gmail.com with your account email and reason. We process approved refunds within 7–10 business days.
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of all data you upload to our platform. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
We commit to 99.9% platform uptime measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance windows (communicated with 48 hours' notice). In the event of SLA breach, subscribers on Pro and Enterprise plans may claim service credits as follows: 99.0–99.9% uptime = 10% credit; below 99.0% uptime = 25% credit. Credits are applied to the next billing cycle and do not constitute cash refunds.
All intellectual property in the ReachUp Solutions platform, including software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent. Your Content remains your intellectual property.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReachUp Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our platform. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReachUp Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any activity that threatens the security or integrity of our platform. Upon termination, your access will cease and your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide 30 days' notice of material changes via email and platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
